The John
Rennie
'The John Rennie' is Bath’s most luxurious floating restaurant for private
parties of 10 - 60 guests. She is a big boat – over 12’ wide – so there is
ample space on board for everyone. There is an open deck at the front
where you can enjoy the fine views, the sunshine and fresh air.
'The John Rennie' offers the perfect venue for every occasion, whether it
be a social club outing, office party, wedding reception, anniversary
celebration, business conference or corporate entertainment.
From her moorings at Sydney Wharf, a mere 10 minute stroll from the centre
of Georgian Bath she cruises the Kennet and Avon Canal through the
beautiful Limpley Stoke Valley as far as the town of Bradford-on-Avon.
Avon
The 'Avon' day boat is the ideal boat to explore the Avon Valley. She can
take up to eight passengers in comfort and she has a well appointed
gallery and a separate toilet. The front and rear decks are both large
enough to dine alfresco.
Starting from Sydney Wharf, just 10 minutes stroll from the City Centre,
you'll find yourself cruising gently past such gems as Sydney Gardens,
Claverton Pumping Station, the Dundas and Avoncliffe Aquaducts and
Bradford on Avon.
A returnable deposit of £50.00 is required for Avon.
