The present owners restored the former cottages in 1990 and the cafe was the first on the canal to offer an all-day menu!

Renowned for it's breakfast 'The Boatman's Breakfast', the menu also boasts a varied choice of Lunch and Evening meals. Licensed, with inside, canal side and on-board our permanently moored boat seating.

Our newly opened Bike Shop opposite The Cafe stocks a massive range of accessories, clothing, and bikes for sale. We are able to look after the serious and the recreational cyclist alike!
